Happy 33rd Birthday Eric!
On January 24th, we celebrated Eric's 33rd Birthday. We did our usual favorite-going out to sushi. It was yummy as always! I also made Eric his favorite cake-chocolate with whipped cream frosting. I cheated and used a box cake mix. I have issues with the cakes made from scratch-they are never as good! But, I made the whipped cream from scratch.
