I've had a hard time getting on to type this blog...I'm at a loss as to what to write. For those of you who I have not talked to yet, my Dad passed away suddenly and unexpectedly September 7th. It is the worst experience of my life.
Garrett and Georgia, Eric and I got a flight out that morning to be with Mom and help organize everything for the memorial service. Yesterday, Eric and Garrett flew back to Phoenix for work. Georgia and I are staying until this friday to be with Mom and help with the huge list of things that need to be done.
I just want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers right now. So many people have showed us their love and support.
I especially want to thank Sarah and Andy. You two are amazing and such a blessing to us. If you weren't here, it'd be so much harder.

We miss your dad so much too. I know he will be watching over all of us and guiding us through the rest of our lives.

Again, I am sorry that you had to go through all of that. I truly know what you are going through. 3.03.03 was the worst day of my life.
That aching in your heart does go away eventually, and the pain and emptiness slowly does as well. But the love you have for him never does, it will bring you comfort on hard days, more joy on happy occasions. For even though he is no longer here with you down here, his love and spirit will be with you forever.
